Return policy

Due to regulations on hygiene, cosmetic items are not allowed to be returned. 

The only exceptions to this rule are the eye lashes and the tools. These are allowed to be returned if they are unopened, in the original packaging with the closing seal still intact within 14 days after delivery. 

Nous n'accordons un remboursement complet que si le produit répond à toutes les exigences suivantes :

·     Product is returned within 14 days after delivery

·     Product was ordered from www.queentarzi.com

·     Product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging with the closing seal intact

·     Product does not have any damage or imperfections

·     The return package contains the correct order number enclosed with the product

·     Giftsets or bundles need to be returned in full including all products, packaging and/or manuals

How to return

Step 1: Any return needs to be notified upfront through an email to: hello@queentarzi.com. Please use the subject “Return notification (your order number)”. Please consider, it can take 1-3 working days before your return is approved. 

 Step 2: Wait for approval of your return. After approval, you will receive specific instructions through email. 

 Step 3: Send your return to the following address: Shipment fees for returning the package are always the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping

At this time Queen Tarzi only ships to The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. 

After placing your order, it will take 1-3 working days before shipment. During promotions and national holidays this may be longer. 

Queen Tarzi is not responsible for any delays due to weather, wrongful addresses, unavailable addresses or any faults caused by the delivery service. If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact hello@queentarzi.com within 15 days of placing your order.

Les clients sont tenus de remplir correctement les informations relatives à l'expédition et à la facturation. Si ces informations sont incorrectes et que la commande est expédiée à la mauvaise adresse, il incombe au client de récupérer le colis. 

My package says delivered, but I haven't received itWhere

We are sorry that you haven't received your order!  

Firstly, we would recommend to check your confirmation email. you can access this via your tracking link used to track your order.  You can use this information to confirm where your package was delivered and who has signed for it, in the case that a friend / colleague has received the order for you.

From time to time the courier tracking may show a delivered status before it has physically been delivered, it can take up 24 hours for this to reflect accurately.

If you are still unable to locate your order please let us know via the CONTACT US section below, please include your Order Number & Tracking ID.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I cancel my order?

once the shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.

If you would like to attempt cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us form and include your Order Number along with the message: Please Cancel My Order. This helps us prioritize your request.

If we’re unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return. You can find our full returns policy.

I have not received a confirmation email?

If the email address that you entered at check out is correct, please check your junk and spam folders. If it's still not received after 4 hours of placing your order, please use the CONTACT US section and provide us the order details so we can look into this for you. 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If you have made an error in your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible via the Contact us section using the email address associated with your order. Please also include your order number AND the correct address.

If your order has already shipped, and you have your tracking details we would also recommend you to contact your courier to advise them of the address update. We will try our best to make any updates to your address, however depending on the status of your shipment it may not be possible.
